EX Series fast aperture telephoto zoom lens that has been optimised for digital SLR cameras as well as being suitable for film cameras.

Optical Excellence
This EX Series lens has two ELD (Extraordinary Low Dispersion) elements plus two SLD (Special Low Dispersion) Elements. This means that chromatic aberrations are reduced massively, giving great colour accuracy.
Fast internal focus and internal zoom
Featuring Sigma's HSM (Hyper Sonic Motor) for fast and quiet focusing. Internal focus ensures the lens barrel does not rotate, ideal for filters; internal zooming means the length of the lens does not change so working on a tripod is much easier.
Optional Converters
Can be used with the optional Sigma 1.4x EX and 2x EX Converters, retaining AF and aperture controls.
