Your camera will go through a lot in it’s journey. Whether it’s brought out for those key moments you want to capture or it goes everywhere with you in your trusty camera bag – every now and then it needs a little TLC. The sensors on interchangeable lens cameras can over time become susceptible to dirt or dust – especially when changing lenses. A piece of dust in the wrong spot could ruin that perfect picture, and no one wants to be faced with this.
At Jessops, every one of our stores are set up to be there when you need your interchangeable lens camera cleaned. We use a wet clean which provides the fastest, most effective and safest clean for your camera’s sensor. We can clean the majority of interchangeable lens camera sensors in as little as 1 hour.
We recommend getting your sensor cleaned every 6 months minimum, and definitely before any major events and occasions.

The service provided is per camera Sensors identified as having scratches on them will not be cleaned, we will inform you if this is the case Please ensure that your camera is sent with at least 50% charge in the battery and all memory cards have been removed Do not send lenses or additional cases and accessories with your camera Please ensure your camera is sent with a body cap on it.Instructions – how to order

- Pay for your order online
- Once you have completed the checkout process, we will send you a confirmation email, which will contain full details of how to send your items to us. We strongly recommend you use a service which includes proof of postage and a tracking service. We will return your items using a tracked service
- Once we receive your items we will return them to the address you have on your order within 2 working days after completion
