Delivery Options

Free delivery on all UK orders over £50. Delivery will be made by DPD. You can track your order online to find a scheduled delivery date.

Free delivery on all UK orders over £50

Subject to all verification checks on the order being completed.

Delivery will be made by DPD. You will be sent an email and/or text with the delivery tracking information and your unique pin code when we ship your order. You will be required to present this pin code to the driver when your delivery arrives. If you are unable to locate this code at the time of your delivery, you can request the driver can re-send your pin code once as an email and/or text.

You can track your order online to find a scheduled delivery date. Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on the Saturday or Bank Holiday will be delivered the following working day.

Our warehouse is closed on Bank Holidays. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will not be processed until the following working day. Delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Isle of Wight is charged at £15.

Orders under £50 will be subject to a charge of £4.49 (for addresses in mainland UK). Delivery time is up to 5 working days, if items in stock.

Items In Stock

In Stock items are in stock with us or directly with our suppliers, with standard delivery usually within 3-5 working days.

Please note, our 3-5 day delivery policy may take longer to deliver to the Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Inverness, Aberdeen and Dumfries & Galloway and N. Ireland.

Our carrier is DPD. They deliver Monday to Saturday, 8am - 6pm only. No deliveries will be made on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Item Available to Order

This means that the product is currently out of stock, however the item is available for you to order, and we will keep you informed of expected delivery dates as we receive the information from our supplier.  

When you place an order with us we will pre-authorise the order value on your payment card, however we only capture the payment once the order has been dispatched.

If items take longer than 27 days to come into stock or your pre-authorisation expires, you will contacted to update your payment information.

Special order products

These are items which we do not currently hold in stock but can be ordered. 

Pre-orders

This refers to an order being placed for a product that has recently been announced but the stock has not yet arrived from the suppliers. By completing a ‘pre-order’ for the product you will be placed on a waiting list, which is fulfilled on a first-come first-served basis when stock arrives. We will pre-authorise on your payment card at the point of ordering, however we only capture the payment once the order has been dispatched. We will contact you prior to the stock arriving to advise of expected delivery. 

Where finance options are available on pre-order items, monthly payments will not commence until stock is dispatched to you. If items take longer than 27 days to come into stock or your pre-authorisation expires, you will contacted to update your payment information.

Collect at store is not available on pre-orders placed online.

Bank Holidays

No deliveries will be made on Bank Holidays. Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a Bank Holiday will be delivered the following working day. In addition, our warehouse is closed on Bank Holidays and so orders placed on a Bank Holiday will not be processed until the following working day.

Free delivery to store is offered on all collect@store orders.

Saturday Delivery

We offer Saturday delivery* for £8.99 This applies to items that are in stock, on orders placed before 4pm on Friday.

Delivery terms and Conditions

*Certain delivery areas may not qualify for 3-5 day working day & Saturday delivery, including:

  • Scottish Islands
  • Scottish Highlands
  • Channel Islands
  • Dumfries and Galloway

No deliveries can be made on Bank Holidays.

Any additional instructions to the carrier must be agreed by Jessops.

Please note, we are unable to guarantee next working day delivery for any order.

Any delivery costs include VAT at the current rate, and are per order, regardless of the number of boxes. We regret we are unable to offer an export service, or deliver to BFPO addresses.

You must present your DPD pin code to the driver for the delivery to be made.
